✎ Patient First Visit

1.Prepare personal official ID document on the spot, then visit our Information desk for assistance 2.Come to First Visit Clinic for initial assessment/basic information enquiry 3.Lead by our receptionist to the registered clinic 4.Physician consultation 5.Lead by our receptionist to the Laboratory, Radiology and Pharmacy Departments in need 6.Lead by receptionist to the Cashier for payment and receipt 7.Patient may be discharged from Clinic. If need to admission, then be lead to the admission center 8.Whenever discharged, patient will receive health information booklets

✎ Patient Revisit

1.Registration through phone, audio-message, fee paid phone number, internet access or in your presence. 2.Lead by our receptionist to the registered clinic 3.Physician consultation 4.Lead by our receptionist to the Laboratory, Radiology and Pharmacy Departments in need 5.Lead by receptionist to the Cashier for payment and receipt 6.Patient may be discharged from Clinic. The certificate of clinical consultation would be delivered to all the international patients on request. The certificate would be sent to the patient through registered mail or email.
